How the Meddioo public website handles walkthrough inquiries, account navigation and AI help.
Your inquiry
The walkthrough form stores your name, email address, optional company and role, package preferences, message, consent and submission time in Meddioo’s application database.
The Meddioo team can use this information to understand your needs and respond about a walkthrough or proposal. Sending an inquiry does not create an account, purchase or subscription.
The form does not send an automated confirmation email. Keep your inquiry reference so the team can locate your request. Authorized team members can review inquiries and record their follow-up status and internal notes.
AI website help
The website guide answers questions about Meddioo’s public pages, studios and proposed packages. When AI support is available and you send a message, the conversation context is sent through OpenRouter to the configured AI model provider to generate a reply. Their own data handling and retention terms apply.
The chat interface keeps its conversation in memory while the page is open; reloading or clearing the conversation removes that local history. The Meddioo support endpoint does not save chat transcripts to its database. Infrastructure and AI providers may process request information for delivery, security, usage and abuse prevention.
The guide cannot read your account or projects, change settings or submit an inquiry for you. AI replies can be mistaken. Confirm plan details and production requirements with the team through the contact form.
Accounts & website services
The public site checks whether you already have a Meddioo application session so it can show the appropriate account menu. The application uses an essential session cookie for sign-in. Account controls use that existing session; the public pages do not need access to your password.
This public website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use its pages. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type and your approximate location; Google processes this data under its own privacy terms. The website does not add advertising trackers. Operational services may process network information for delivery, security and request limits. The linked application has its own account and project behavior.
Privacy requests
You can contact the Meddioo team about an inquiry, including a request to locate or remove it. Include your inquiry reference when you have it, and avoid sending additional sensitive information.
The legal business name, dedicated privacy contact, retention period and applicable rights process require confirmation before public launch. This notice describes the current website implementation and remains a preview until those details are finalized.
